The Hoof and Spur
ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES
Environmental Inspections:
Both my Wife and I have extensive experiance working on a variety of different projects. We've done mostly compliance inspections and monitoring regarding storm water run off but we've also done work with sensitive areas like wetlands and sensitive animal habitats. The inspections that we offer vary and can be small , medium, and large jobs. Estimates depend on the size and nature of the projects. For example we have worked for Large Power companies that run new construction transmission lines, Residential Power lines, Sewer lines, New Constuction buildings (Residential and commercial) Gas Lines, and Road construction. We've also worked with Banks on small projects regarding half finished constructions that were foreclosed on. When it comes to small projects we can usually charge by the size of the sight and frequency of inspections required on a case by case basis.
We pride ourselves on having a positive attitude. We work with dozens of government agencies ( EPA, EPD, DNR federal and State, and so on) and regulators during the course of a project. Our goal is to ensure that everyone is satisfied with the end product of a project especially private land owners. Making sure everyone is informed and reassured is important to us. I want to make sure that everyone we work with gets the respect and common curtesy that they deserve. We do our best to ensure we file the nessesary reports and contact people that need information as quickly as they can get it so that they can keep in compliance. We document and record our own personal files with pictures and video, and do whatever it takes to protect the integrity of the environment, the reputation of the contractor and satisfy the regulators and colleagues that we work for.

(Below) From the same job but a different location after stabilization. As you can see, only the access road needs to be completed.
